There’s a constant need to deliver better results and this entire scenario leads to physician dissatisfaction since they are unaware of how they must take care of work-life balance issues. They require guidance and that is only possible with the recently developed physician business coaching programs. Physicians lookout for coaching assistance when they come across challenges that they didn’t learn to tackle in medical school. These challenges don’t require clinical skills but can be dealt with if physicians love their roles. Some of the common situations for which physicians need coaching include: ● Confusion in the practice - The need to manage and take care of staff, searching for efficient and innovative solutions so as to better attend patients. ● Changing roles and responsibilities - A shift from practice owner to an employee in a larger organization, a promotion to an executive-level or leadership level position without training in these skills. ● Career dissatisfaction - Situations of overwork, lack of a sense of personal accomplishment, stress as a result of high responsibility. Clients will receive two 1 hour sessions per month for a total of 6 sessions. The 1st session is free The total cost of coaching service will be $300 per month
